6 Columbus A Thompson Hotel

There are many hotels in Manhattan, but the one across the street from Central Park at #6 Columbus Circle is the Thompson Hotel.  This NYC hotel is one of the newest additions to the Thompson hotel chain. The design is done by Steven Sclaroff who incorporated the 60”s into a modern look. He used Teak wood and chrome in the furnishings to give it a unique look and feel.

This Manhattan hotel not only places their guests across from Central Park and next to the Time Warner building, but many other attractions are nearby including;  Times Square, On and Off Broadway Theaters, Fifth Avenue Shopping, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, The Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Bryant Park, Carnegie Hall, Grand Central Station, Museum of Modern Art, Rockefeller Center, American Museum of Natural History, MTV Studios and the Intrepid Aircraft Museum along with over 200 restaurants and eateries for that unique taste of New York.
